Arzinger & Partners has license and certified lawyers to represent the interests of our Clients in litigation and arbitration procedures.

We act on behalf of our Clients in commercial courts, as well as in international courts of arbitration.

Due to the fact that Arzinger & Partners is a part of the international chain of ARINGER&PARTNERS, we are ready to provide for effective support of Belarusian businesses abroad. Thus, we successfully deal with cases regarding claims of damages and debt recovery in respect of our Belarusian Clients in European courts. In addition, Arzinger & Partners have huge experience concerning execution of the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI (Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) awards.

We practice in various types of commercial disputes, including those arising out of contracts, public relations disputes and inter-company disputes.

The managing partner Sergey Mashonsky is included in the list of recommended arbitrators of the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI.

Arzinger & Partners however do not represent interests of individuals in courts (regarding any sort of disputes arising out of family law, housing law, criminal law, etc.). Nevertheless such services may be provided by the associates we closely cooperate with.

Litigation and arbitration practice in Arzinger & Partners is headed by the partner Alexander Korsak, who has more than 10 years of court practice.

PROJECTS

In 2008 we successfully represented the interests of a private company, appealing a decision of the State Customs Committee of Belarus to apply 500, 000 EUR of sanctions.

In 2007-2008 Arzinger & Partners effectively prevented the raider actions of international company in regard to the major industrial enterprise of Belarus.

Acting on behalf of our Belarusian client Belpellet (Onega trademark) in Germany in 2007, we managed to conclude an amicable agreement concerning the execution of a duty to supply the equipment.
