Arzinger & Partners counsel on various issues related to labour and social security law, namely:

we prepare labour contracts for the company top-management, as well as for the other staff-members (for our foreign clients documents are drafted in English and German);

we prepare various types of instructions, local acts and agreements on employee’s liabilities;

we assist in getting licenses on foreign employees attraction and placing Belarusian citizens in jobs abroad.

PROJECTS 

We had been counseling BOSCH on issues of the personnel audit and labour relations. During the project we conducted check up of personnel paper work, prepared documents regulating labour relations between the employer and employees and drafts of the local documents (regulations, labour contracts, job descriptions, labour protection instructions, etc.), and rendered necessary support of work places rating.

Arzinger & Partners advised Besix (Belgium) and Őzaltin (Turkey) on the issues of attracting foreign employees in Belarus including on the order of drawing up labour relations and getting special work permissions.

Our lawyers are permanently counseling the informational public unitary enterprise “Agentstvo Minsk-Novosti” (which is a publisher of the leading local mass media – Minsky Kur’er and Minsk-Novosti radio-program) on the labour-related issues.
