PROJECTS

One of our successful projects is the legal support of the loan contract conclusion between the leading bank in Belarus - Belarusbank and the German Bayerische Landesbank. We also represented the interests of Deutsche Bank during drawing the property of the major Belarusian enterprise as a security.

For the international clients Arzinger & Partners accomplished the due diligence of a number of Belarusian banks.

Our associates consulted the German LEAHG GmbH Holding on international orders and financial transactions and advised one of the German state banks on the issues of taxation regarding the interbanking transactions.
