Major investment projects

• Legal assistance of a major deal between the British Tobacco International Enterprises Ltd and the Belarusian tobacco factory JSC Neman concerning the production of tobacco goods with the FDI amounting to 4.5 mln. EUR.

• Legal assistance in the conclusion of one of the top investment deals in the history of Belarus – the Investment Agreement on Developing the Territory of the High Tech Park between the Republic of Belarus and Lyons Financial Solutions UK. The Investment Agreements provides for 550 mln EUR of investments in the development of a multifunctional complex of buildings within a 540 thousand square meters area.

• Cooperation with the German LEAHG GmbH Holding launching a major investment project on high technology based production of baby food and non-alcoholic beverages on the territory of Belarus.

• Legal assistance of a project on construction of a wind-electric complex in Belarus. The project is initiated by the Turkish Arslanres Elektrik Üretim A.Ş  and is expected to bring more than 500 mln. EURO of FDI.
