Sergey Mashonsky

Managing Partner. In 1990 he graduated from the law faculty of the Belarusian State University, in 1996 - from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy, Moscow.  He has experience of working at the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, of diplomatic and consular service, and in banking sphere. Mr. Mashonsky participated in practice-groups of Belarusian governmental bodies being in charge of drafting legislative acts; he was also involved in drawing up and signing of a number of international agreements with foreign States.

Mr. Mashonsky is admitted to the bar of professional lawyers of the Republic of Belarus.

His main practice areas are investments, financial law and banking.

He speaks English, Slovak, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian.

Alexander Korsak

Partner. In 2000 he graduated from the law faculty of the Belarusian State University. In 2001 Mr. Korsak completed the traineeship at the University of Karl-Franzens (Graz, Austria). His professional experience in legal counseling is more than 10 years.

Mr. Korsak is admitted to the bar of professional lawyers of the Republic of Belarus.

His main areas of practice are arbitration & litigation, intellectual property, antimonopoly regulation and competition, taxation, corporate law / M&A.

He speaks Russian, English.
